SalesBizLab is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support daily operations in our office. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages.
  • Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair services as required.
  • Support the HR and finance departments with administrative tasks, including processing invoices and payroll.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and properly stocked with supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
