THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors upon arrival.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the company’s general email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area, including managing office supplies and inventory.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with event coordination, including setup and registration.
- Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring office access and maintaining visitor logs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
