Location: Plano, Texas/Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Role Summary:
We are looking for an amazing Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. In this role, you will: sell acre security’s brands of access control solutions corporate products to business and industrial establishments or individuals over the telephone by performing the duties listed below. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) selling and supporting acre security’s established dealer base.

What You’ll Do:
In addition to the above, you’ll focus on the following: 
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, dealers, resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and coordinate with RSM to sell products and services.
  • Handles inbound sales lead calls to assist with quoting and converting calls into sales.
  • Builds and maintains customers relationships alongside RSM.
  • Enters new customer data, updates and maintains and all other sales data for existing or new customers into acre’s CRM (Salesforce)
  • Works with RSM to keep account activities up to date including opportunity management, working with 3rd party vendors, campaigns, sale activity tracking, new customer onboarding and other sales related activities.
  • Participate in Sales activities such as quoting, order tracking, and general problem-solving to help ensure business success
  • Communication internally and externally is critical to this role.  Communication should be clear and timely
  • Assist RSM’s with keeping pipeline data current and up to date.
  • Help maintain all customer and dealer information in CRM (Salesforce) to ensure that all relevant data is accurate.
  • Develop your knowledge of Acre Security business units to better support all customers 

What You'll Need to be Successful:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Math skills with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel (spreadsheets), PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM, NetSuite (preferred not required), and strong email internet skills.
