Your role and responsibilities
Our Inside Sales & Support Representative will report directly to the VP of Sales and Operations & Operations Manager.
You will be part of our growing sales team servicing our customers all over the Americas.
Providing advice to customers, preparation of quotes and providing technical information.
Establish and build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to increase overall customer value.
You will liaise with government departments, electrical wholesalers, designers, and contractors.
Work alongside and provide support to our Regional Sales Managers.
Follow up opportunities such as marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and other leads filtered through business channels.
Able to work autonomously, able to display organizational planning skills and strong time management skills.

Requirements
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
You will have experience in customer sales and service.
Track record in managing and building business relationships.
Experience in quoting and liaising with projects teams
Proficient in Office Suite, CRM software.
A current USA Driver's License.
Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded.
