JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate E-commerce Manager will assist in the management and optimization of our e-commerce platform sales. This role will support the E-commerce Senior Manager in executing online marketing strategies, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with various teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES/ACTIVIES:

· Support the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.

· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.

· Communicate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.

· Assist in managing the e-commerce budget, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and reporting.

· Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all online channels.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and innovative solutions.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the security of customer information.

· Assist in the development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

· Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing plus sales tools and techniques, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Microsoft Suite, and BI.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

· Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Salary range: $95k to $110k
