Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Medical Education – Data Analytics, is a key role within Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. that focuses on leveraging data-driven processes to measure the impact of medical education on an adult learning continuum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data collection processes, including collaboration with external grant recipients and stakeholders.
  • Assess and aggregate data focused on learning outcomes from grant-supported activities, utilizing statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Develop and maintain outcomes management systems to support present needs and future growth.
  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of educational impact findings to internal stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools and techniques.
Requirements
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects/activities while maintaining accuracy across a matrix organization.
  • Creative troubleshooting and conflict resolution with various partners.
  • Strong people skills to maintain durable relationships with internal/external stakeholders, displaying patience and compassion.
  • Initiative-taking to proactively seek out and participate in development/learning opportunities.
  • Outstanding work ethic and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree or above in a field related to data measurement, statistics, or evaluation.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a data scientist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (mastery of Excel and PPT) and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python and R).
  • 2+ years' experience in professional adult education; knowledge of educational design and adult learning principles a plus.
  • Understanding of medical and regulatory affairs, drug development, FDA, and regulatory guidelines (i.e., PhRMA guidelines, OIG, AMA, ACCME, Sunshine Act, etc.).
