Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to lead the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Regeneron Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role will ensure the integrity of data within the system and associated data exchanges, aligning with Commercial Manufacturing requirements for optimal business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Implementation and Operation: Ensure MES system installation aligns with site policies and processes, and coordinate functional groups' needs and priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Strive for system's optimum installation and continuous process improvement, reviewing company documentation to assess MES impact.
  • Business Relationship Building: Develop strong business relationships with key groups to ensure MES operations alignment, collaborating with other IOPS sites on MES system delivery.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers, aligning MES business practices with Commercial Manufacturing objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop MES Operations Analysts, providing support for User Acceptance Testing and Change Controls.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure GxP compliance and respond to audit inquiries, collaborating to develop training sessions that serve business needs.
  • Leadership and Communication: Provide guidance and support to MES Operations team members, delivering strategic updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Background and Experience: A background in MES, preferably Werum PAS/X, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in MES or manufacturing systems within a life science manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
