Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will take charge of managing one or more brands within our Women's Health Portfolio. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.

  1. Brand Strategy and Financial Oversight: Formulate and implement strategies that align with the company's financial objectives. This includes overseeing advertising initiatives, promotional programs, and market research, while collaborating effectively with external partners and internal teams to achieve outstanding market performance.
  2. Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of brand initiatives, ensuring effective timeline management, budget adherence, and program evaluation. Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, including Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and Influencer Marketing, is essential.
  3. Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market analysis to provide actionable insights that inform brand strategies. Identify market opportunities and trends to address unmet consumer needs.
  4. Leadership and Development: This position includes direct supervision of one team member. Previous experience in team leadership and mentorship is required.
  5. Sales Collaboration: Possess strong brand knowledge in both traditional retail and e-commerce. Provide the sales team with exceptional materials for presentations, working closely with Category Management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education and experience that demonstrates proficiency in the responsibilities outlined above:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years in brand marketing, with a preference for candidates with recent experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Homecare, or Food & Beverage sectors.

  • This position follows a hybrid work model.
  • Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000
