About the Role:

As an Asset Protection Associate at Stop & Shop, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers, while also protecting company assets and preventing loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze loss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and shrink, including monitoring and surveillance
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential security risks
  • Provide training and guidance to store associates on security procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in retail operations, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
