We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to support our team of Sales Engineers and enhance our sales process to deliver top-notch service to our customers.


Sales Support

  • Support Sales Engineers in day-to-day operations
  • Review sales quotes for surveys and installations
  • Review contracts, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained
  • Maintain and update customer account information and documentation 
  • Enter billing notes for the Accounting team and adjust pricing as necessary
  • Ensure purchase orders match receipts for correct pricing
  • Resolve any concerns or questions customers may have


Utility Company Coordination

  • Understand and research local utility programs that offer energy efficiency incentive programs
  • Manage utility company incentive applications, paperwork, and documentation
  • Ensure projects comply with all utility company requirements, criteria, and deadlines for obtaining incentives
  • Coordinate site visits or inspections required by utility companies to verify energy efficiency measures


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support, project coordination, or administration 
  • Experience in the utility, engineering, or construction industries is a plus
  • Previous experience in Salesforce or another CRM is strongly preferred
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple departments
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
