Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating and supervising all project-related activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Managing schedules, ensuring high construction quality, overseeing budget compliance, and monitoring production.
  • Reviewing project documentation, including contracts, budgets, drawings, and timelines, prior to project commencement.
  • Liaising with management to organize crews, procure necessary materials, and manage tools and subcontractors.
  • Approving timesheets, invoices, and daily reports for all assigned projects.
  • Overseeing project closeouts and conducting follow-up assessments.
  • Communicating effectively with design teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Preparing and distributing weekly progress updates to the project team and clients.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules using Gantt charts and other tools.
  • Ensuring that crews and subcontractors adhere to company policies and represent the organization positively.

Objectives:
Your primary goals will include maintaining quality control, adhering to schedules and budgets, and ensuring high construction standards to achieve profitability. You will also focus on staff development and fostering effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the projects.

Additional Information:
A company vehicle will be provided for work-related tasks.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing residential construction projects. Proficiency in drafting progress billing and proposals for additional work is essential. A degree in construction or landscape-related fields is preferred, along with at least 5 years of landscape construction experience in New England and prior management experience. Relevant certifications or coursework in landscape construction are also desirable.
