Responsibilities:

Provide Billing Statement Support for All CUA Data Business Clients

Based on system records to validate the accuracy of AR in monthly billing statements for all CUA data business customers

Release monthly billing statements to all CUA data business customers before the 15th of each month.

If billing statements need to be adjusted, support data business sales and finance colleagues to verify all necessary materials and make a record on the system.

Provide Monthly AR Records to the Finance Department for Revenue Booking Purposes for all CUA Business

Do a preliminary review of all system-generated billing statements before the 25th of each month, and take immediate repairing action when system errors impact.

Collect, sort, and validate last month's billing records and generate monthly AR records for the finance department on the 1st day of the month.

If AR records need to be adjusted, support data business sales and finance colleagues to verify all necessary materials and make a record on the system.

Support Dispute Request for CUA Data Business Clients

Work as the interface for billing statement dispute requests for CUA data business clients, collect all necessary supporting documents from the client side.

Support sales and finance colleagues to complete disputation tasks on time

Documentary Management

Backup all necessary billing statement records and other supporting documents in a proper way, including hard-copy and soft-copy

Regularly transfer billing statement records into the company documentary library.


Min Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related fields

Microsoft Office Skills

Communication Skills

Problem-Solving Skills

Analytical Skills

Organization Skills

Deep understanding of international telecommunication knowledge

Full fluency in English and Chinese is required.
