  • Facilitate necessary adjustments to billing statements by collaborating with sales and finance teams to verify required documentation.
  • Provide monthly AR records to the Finance Department for revenue recognition purposes.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of system-generated billing statements and address any discrepancies immediately.
  • Organize and validate previous month's billing records, generating monthly AR reports for the finance department.
  • Assist in resolving billing disputes for CUA Data Business Clients by gathering necessary documentation.
  • Support sales and finance teams in completing dispute resolution tasks efficiently.
  • Manage documentary records by backing up all essential billing statements and related documents.
  • Regularly archive billing statement records into the company’s document library.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of international telecommunications.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory.
