As the Director, E-Commerce & E-Retail, you'll be the strategic mastermind, data wiz, and inspiring leader driving our online sales to new heights. You’ll collaborate across teams, and craft innovative strategies to optimize our online store, ensuring a seamless and profitable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce and e-retail strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value.

Vendor Management: 

  • Drive Amazon & Shopify Operating Plan to deliver growth and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners involved in e-commerce operations.

Customer Experience: 

  • Develop and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Identify strategies and improvements of the customer journey with a customer-centric approach 

Digital Marketing: 

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Leverage data analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership: 

  • Lead and manage a team of 2 e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving online sales and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing e-commerce environment.
Additional Desired Skills
  • Experience with Shopify and Amazon.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software.
  • Strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple initiatives.
  • A passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset.
