Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and driving revenue growth. You will report directly to our Director of E-Commerce & Digital.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management:
Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.
Monitor inventory levels, update product availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely restocking.
Implement strategies to enhance user experience, including site navigation, product categorization, and search functionality.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns and promotions.
Plan, execute, and monitor website AB testing on a weekly basis.
Digital Marketing Support:
Collaborate with our external agency to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure all digital communications are aligned (social, email, sms).
Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make recommendations for optimizing email and sms campaign effectiveness.
Customer Service and Support:
Ensure our CX team has accurate and in-depth information for all product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with customer service teams to address customer issues, process returns and exchanges, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as a subject matter expert on e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks.
Expectations & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
Proficiency in Shopify Plus and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar)
Experience working with 3PLs, tracking inventory, and streamlining external communications with fulfillment teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsv
