RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:
El E-Commerce Wholesale Manager será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento, la estabilidad y las ventas rentables de todos los socios mayoristas de comercio electrónico, con un enfoque particular en plataformas como Amazon y Sephora. El candidato ideal debe ser hábil con la tecnología, tener atención al detalle y ser un jugador proactivo en equipo. Este rol implica gestionar actividades que apoyen el crecimiento de los socios mayoristas de comercio electrónico, desde la propuesta de planes de crecimiento hasta el lanzamiento de productos y la gestión de catálogos. Además, se colaborará con el director de mayoristas para supervisar la estrategia de la agencia de publicidad digital y se analizarán las ventas para recomendar ajustes estratégicos. El E-Commerce Wholesale Manager también explorará nuevas oportunidades comerciales, incluyendo nuevos programas de mercado.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:
  • Socios Web
    • Mantener y optimizar las listas de productos (exactitud de stock, títulos, descripciones, etc.) en los sitios de los socios web.
    • Obtener activos y trabajar con los equipos de social/web para desarrollar contenido que impulse la conversión y las ventas de productos.
    • Monitorear Amazon (1P y 3P) diariamente para asegurar el cumplimiento de pedidos y que se cumplan los KPIs de Amazon.
    • Preparar análisis de contenido y ventas para reuniones de mercado estacionales con socios mayoristas de comercio electrónico.
    • Ayudar a desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de SEO de los socios web para aumentar el tráfico y las visualizaciones de página.
    • Apoyar al Director en la gestión de la agencia de publicidad mayorista para asegurar que se cumplan los KPIs.
    • Colaborar con el Director en la gestión del presupuesto de gastos para apoyar los canales mayoristas de comercio electrónico.
    • Completar formularios de configuración de nuevos productos y trabajar con el departamento de Regulación para asegurar la conformidad de los activos.
    • Asegurar que todas las páginas de detalles de productos estén en su nivel óptimo para generar KPIs positivos y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
    • Gestionar el catálogo (cambios de SKU, actualizaciones de precios) con todos los socios de comercio electrónico.
    • Informar sobre las ventas de los socios web semanalmente.
    • Ser un usuario clave de Channel Advisor y Commerce Hub del equipo comercial (coordinar con el usuario clave de IT para soporte técnico y estabilidad de la plataforma).
    • Observar la venta de stock para actualizar pronósticos de manera regular.
    • Monitorear la actividad de la asociación, analizar el rendimiento e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Departamento Mayorista
    • Colaborar con partes interesadas internas y externas para ayudar a ejecutar programas mayoristas y resolver rápidamente cualquier problema operativo que pueda surgir.
    • Apoyar al departamento con proyectos adicionales que incluyan seguimiento competitivo, análisis de datos y proyectos operativos relacionados con sitios web de comercio electrónico de nuestros socios omni.
    • Apoyar a los socios de dropship y la estabilidad de las operaciones comerciales para futuras colaboraciones.
REQUISITOS:
EDUCACIÓN: Título universitario

EXPERIENCIA:
Se requiere que el candidato tenga de 2 a 3 años de experiencia en un entorno profesional de comercio electrónico, con experiencia en ventas digitales (por ejemplo, comercio electrónico o mercados). Se prefiere experiencia con mayoristas en línea y/o Amazon (1P o 3P).

  • Conocimientos básicos de gestión de activos digitales (por ejemplo, redimensionamiento y formateo de fotos).
  • Capacidad para analizar y resolver problemas de manera oportuna.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, escrita y de presentación.
  • Actitud positiva, profesional y enérgica; capacidad para trabajar en equipo y ayudar a los compañeros; ser proactivo y mantenerse motivado.
  • Atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Fuertes habilidades informáticas y dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experiencia en la industria de la belleza es un activo.
