We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of E-commerce Strategy and Activation to join our team at Platform at Publicis. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume ownership of marketplace commerce search program successes and failures, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Criteo, Instacart, and other major e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and execute e-retail search programs, including strategy and planning, activation, and performance monitoring.
  • Interface with other team members to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions for clients.
  • Keep management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks, and other key nuances that affect the health of the business.
  • Direct the workflow of all client programs, including initiation of projects across departments.
  • Review client deliverables for quality and ensure that recommendations and work product are sound and viable.
  • Create digital account strategies and plans for each brand or customer.
  • Provide excellent communication and thought leadership to clients.
  • Command data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs.
  • Responsible for client billing and coordinating AR and AP with finance.
  • Meet specified deadlines.
  • Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Adopt stated account management standards and program management best practices.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
