  • Referral Program Management: Develop, promote, and manage an effective referral program designed to encourage our members to share their Row House experience with friends and family, thereby driving membership growth.

  • Telephone & Digital Communication: Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and encouraging continued engagement with our studio.

  • Studio Previews & Tours: Lead engaging and informative studio previews and tours for prospects and existing fitness program holders, showcasing the unique benefits and inclusive environment of Row House, and answering any questions they may have.

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Play a pivotal role in executing our sales strategy, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and tracking progress towards these goals to ensure the effectiveness of our sales operation.

  • Customer Onboarding & Retention: Assist in the onboarding of new members by providing them with all the necessary information to get started, and implement retention strategies to maintain a high level of member engagement and satisfaction.

  • Event Organization: Organize and host events that not only showcase the Row House experience but also strengthen our community ties, such as wellness workshops, charity rowing challenges, and member appreciation events.

  • Feedback & Improvement: Actively seek feedback from members and prospects to identify areas for improvement in our services, offerings, and community engagement efforts, and work with the management team to implement changes.

  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities, outcomes, and member feedback, using data to analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies and making recommendations for optimization.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for fitness and a knack for connecting with people from all walks of life.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or retail industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through innovative strategies and community engagement.
