Maintain up-to-date and accurate member records Oversee the membership application and renewal processes Provide excellent customer service to members and address their needs effectively via email, phone, and walk-ins. Prepare regular reports on membership statistics and trends Prepare and email member statements monthly. Ensure that members are billed timely and accurately for their membership dues Receive, post, verify, and record membership dues payments Frequently review the dues aging report and work with members to resolve any A/R balance Maintain and update members' credit cards on file Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identify delinquent accounts, and contact members to request payment Research and solve dues payment discrepancies Provide outside auditors with assistance; gather necessary account information and documents to perform an annual audit Responsible for responding to member inquiries and assisting with resolving any dispute that they may have on their accounts Responsible for the members' dues payment plan Coordinate month-end closing activities with the accounting departments Responsible for all member-related mailings for the organization, including dues invoices and mailing of annual renewal stickers Write letters of introduction for members visiting reciprocal clubs Coordinate orders and shipments for the membership department Assist in tracking and acknowledging donations Assign member access and visitor requests to the facility security gates Serve as administrative support for the membership department Opportunity to assist with Club-sponsored events and preparation Other duties as assigned by the Director of Membership Requirements

Proven experience as a Membership Administration Manager or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills, time-management abilities, and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and database management (Jonas) Customer-oriented approach Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field Ability to resolve routine problems independently in a fast-paced environment Basic accounting principles
