Job Details:

  • Title: Membership Assistant
  • Type: Contract to hire
  • Location: Hybrid schedule in Arlington, VA
  • Rate: $21-24/hr, depending on experience

Candidate profile and qualifications

  • Experience in 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally out of a membership association setting
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + membership database
  • Soft Skills: organized, detail-oriented, flexible
  • Education: Bachelors preferred

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as point of contact for all membership inquiries
  • Input, update and manage membership database
  • Manage new member lists and coordinate onboarding efforts
  • Coordinate event and meeting logistics
