Attend networking events and community events to promote the club. Oversee the delivery of exceptional member services and experiences. Coordinate with other departments/operational areas to ensure member needs are met. Develop and manage member events, activities, and programs. Maintain accurate records of membership data and statistics. Prepare regular reports on membership metrics and present them to senior management. Lead and supervise membership and sales staff, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in member services and engagement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in membership management, sales, marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a club, hospitality, or membership-based organization is preferred. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
