Responsibilities

Office Coordination: Ensure the smooth operation of the office by coordinating day-to-day activities.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, and scheduling.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources.

Inventory Management: Manage office supplies, order new supplies as needed, and maintain an organized inventory system.

Communication: Facilitate communication within the office, relay messages, and ensure all team members are informed of important updates.

Other Duties to include:

Overseeing office opening and closing procedures

Monitoring general housekeeping

Providing customer service as first point of contact

Maintaining the Office Work Room

Scheduling office staff activities

Complete clerical and secretarial responsibilities and tasks assigned


Requirements
