Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
  • Welcoming visitors, contractors, and managing deliveries with professionalism.
  • Overseeing the procurement of office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail, including handling FedEx shipments.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with vendors for office equipment and support services.
  • Assisting the finance team with daily cash handling and bank deposits.
