Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Delivering exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
- Welcoming visitors, contractors, and managing deliveries with professionalism.
- Overseeing the procurement of office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, including handling FedEx shipments.
- Acting as the primary liaison with vendors for office equipment and support services.
- Assisting the finance team with daily cash handling and bank deposits.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in communal areas such as the kitchen and reception.
- Coordinating office events and managing catering for meetings.
- Supporting the Human Resources department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Facilitating communication with IT support for technical assistance.

Qualifications:
