As a Human Resources Administrator/Office Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director and collaborate with corporate accounting, Human Resources, and Organizational Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to HR and accounting.
  • Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to employees proactively and in response to inquiries.
  • Ensure timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Manage monthly billing statements and address questions from residents and their families promptly.
  • Oversee employee payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
  • Handle recruitment activities for the entire community.

    Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a 2-year degree in a Business-related field; a 4-year degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and basic General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business office setting with HR and accounting responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
