Human Resources Coordinator and Office Supervisor

As a Human Resources Administrator/Office Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director and collaborate with corporate accounting, Human Resources, and Organizational Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to HR and accounting.
- Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to employees proactively and in response to inquiries.
- Ensure timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Manage monthly billing statements and address questions from residents and their families promptly.
- Oversee employee payroll processing and maintain payroll records.
- Handle recruitment activities for the entire community.
Qualifications: - A minimum of a 2-year degree in a Business-related field; a 4-year degree is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and basic General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business office setting with HR and accounting responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
