Boylston Staffing is looking for a Temp-to Hire Legal Office Coordinator. Will be working 100% on-site.
$22/hr-24/hr. Primary Responsibilities
  • Handles the firm’s outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Responsible for the administration of advertisement filings with State Bars and maintain individual state requirements to ensure compliance. 
  • Tasks include compiling necessary documents for filing, maintaining records of filings, correspondence and guidance from State Bar Counsel.
  • Assists with Partner Network management.
  • Assists the Practice Operations manager by updating weekly reporting and completing various administrative tasks including data entry and research.
  • Provides organizational support.
  • Completes special projects from various team members, departments and managers.
  • Assists in training new employees.
 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum two (2) years’ experience working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize daily tasks efficiently from multiple staff members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, maintain confidentiality, able to work as part of a team and individually, work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and/or ability to quickly learn new programs.
