As a Human Resources Administrator/Office Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and maintain strong connections with corporate accounting, Human Resources, and Organizational Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all HR and accounting inquiries.
  • Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to employees proactively and responsively.
  • Ensure timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Manage monthly billing statements and address related inquiries from residents and their families promptly.
  • Oversee employee payroll processing and maintain payroll records efficiently.
  • Handle recruitment processes for the entire community.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a Business-related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and basic General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a business office setting with HR and accounting functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
