As a Human Resources Administrator/Office Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and maintain strong connections with corporate accounting, Human Resources, and Organizational Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all HR and accounting inquiries.
- Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to employees proactively and responsively.
- Ensure timely processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Manage monthly billing statements and address related inquiries from residents and their families promptly.
- Oversee employee payroll processing and maintain payroll records efficiently.
- Handle recruitment processes for the entire community.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a Business-related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and basic General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a business office setting with HR and accounting functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
