Summary/Objective

The Account Manager is responsible for growing company sales and establishing active communication and engagement with sales representatives to aid their success. This position is for a self-motivated, confident, and driven individual who focuses on driving sales and building relationships.

  • Assists in developing meaningful sales reports that can be used with representatives as a tool to monitor and grow sales and evaluate a representative's effectiveness

  • Assists in developing a Display Tracking Program to create a more proactive approach to customer's display items
  • Provides high-quality customer service for customers designated as commercial and/or national accounts

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.


Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with the expected minimum 40 hours a week. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required as necessary.


Travel

Up to 2-3 weeks of travel annually may be required.


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Four years of business development experience required
  • Four years of sales experience required
