Schill Landscaping and Lawn Care Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager/Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Project Management: Direct landscape crews on maintenance service orders, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance sales and client services.
- Skills and Qualifications: Expert knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, project management skills, and strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM systems.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends, with potential work hours during the snow season including nighttime, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
