Executive Personal Assistant

About the Role: A busy female attorney, and CEO, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support and manage of range of responsibilities outside of the office. This role is essential for ensuring smooth personal operations, handling a variety of tasks from managing tenants in a building to coordinating personal errands and appointments. The ideal candidate will be organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling both professional and personal duties with flexibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Errands: Manage various personal errands such as picking up prescriptions, returning online purchases, and planning events (e.g., organizing a birthday party for a pet).
- Household Management: Assist with household tasks including unpacking and organizing belongings, managing laundry, and coordinating routine maintenance of the home and vehicles.
- Tenant Management: Support in managing tenants within a building owned by the CEO, addressing tenant needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Pet Care: Provide care for the CEO’s pet, including scheduling and taking the pet to veterinary appointments.
- Appointment and Event Coordination: Find and schedule personal appointments (e.g., dermatologist), coordinate grocery and office snack deliveries, and organize personal events.
- Correspondence and Shopping: Handle personal correspondence, shop for gifts, write notes, order flowers, and assist with online shopping and returns.
- Additional Tasks: Support with any other personal or professional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine love for pets and willingness to engage in pet-related tasks.
