Roles and Responsibilities:
Program Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technical programs and initiatives from conception to completion.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and resolve dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
Risk Management and Mitigation:
- Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges that may impact program delivery or quality.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address risks proactively.
Resource Management:
