Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and strategic Technical Program Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in steering and collaborating on software development initiatives. If you are enthusiastic about fostering significant change on a large scale and excel in a cooperative, dynamic setting, we would like to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to capture project requirements and objectives.
- Establish and uphold an Agile development framework and daily stand-ups for both front-end and back-end development teams.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, and designers to convert business needs into technical specifications and actionable strategies.
- Lead the execution of modernization initiatives, ensuring compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of modernization projects.
- Provide regular updates and insights on project status and outcomes, communicating progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work with external vendors and partners as necessary to harness expertise and resources for successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a comparable role, with a history of successfully guiding intricate technical projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms, with preferred experience across various providers.
- Familiarity with contemporary software development practices such as Agile and proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of effectively engaging and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
