Position Overview:
The Corporate Business Development Manager is focused on driving revenue growth and maximizing ROI for franchise owners through strategic sales initiatives and lead generation efforts. The position requires someone who will develop and execute brand-specific sales strategies, collaborate closely with the corporate team to optimize bidding processes, and serve as a liaison between potential clients and franchise owners. Success in this role hinges on the ability to build strong relationships, engage in targeted cold calling, and effectively mediate sales opportunities. This position is crucial in ensuring that sales targets are met and franchise owners receive valuable support in expanding their business.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Revenue Generation: Implement sales strategies to boost accepted bids and ROI for franchise owners, while tracking revenue metrics to meet or exceed targets.
  • Brand-Specific Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive sales back to franchise owners.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling and outreach, particularly with homebuilders, and ensure smooth lead-to-sale conversions.
  • Networking: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and engage in networking activities to expand market reach and drive growth.
  • Strategic Impact: Own the sales process for lead generation, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Sales Facilitation: Act as the liaison to facilitate lead transfer to franchise owners, addressing challenges and ensuring efficient sales processes.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) or more years’ experience in sales strategy, lead generation, or business development, preferably within a franchise or home services industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving ROI-driven sales targets and metrics, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchise owners, potential clients, and industry partners.
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with analysts or finance teams to understand bid costs and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort and experience with frequent phone communication and outreach to potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage leads and report on sales performance.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
