Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, market data, and industry trends to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
- Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses to assess investment viability and potential returns.
- Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor portfolio performance and conduct regular reviews to assess investment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including business partners, advisors, and industry experts.
- Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform investment strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
