D.R. Horton is currently seeking a Property Investment Analyst. The ideal candidate will collaborate with acquisition, development, and investment teams to support due diligence, forecasting, and performance benchmarking of both prospective and ongoing development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis of potential acquisitions and developments
- Assist in the acquisition, financing, development, and sale processes
- Develop financial models to inform acquisition and asset management strategies
- Create presentation materials for both internal stakeholders and external partners regarding new and existing investments
- Evaluate and track the financial performance of properties, including financial modeling and budget comparisons, while working closely with management to implement business strategies
- Perform market analysis and keep abreast of industry trends
- Willingness to travel as required
- Manage and maintain databases effectively
- Support the development of conceptual plans for subdividing and parceling properties
