Position Overview:
The firm is looking for a Client Advisor to join their newly established office. In this role, you will collaborate with the team to ensure clients receive exceptional service. This unique opportunity combines the entrepreneurial aspect of launching a new office with the established reputation of a firm with over 20 years of industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
The Advisor will support senior team members in executing and upholding clients' investment and strategic plans. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing account openings and managing client portfolios.
  • Preparing presentations for client meetings.
  • Confirming trading and other investment activities.
  • Monitoring portfolios in relation to asset allocation targets.
  • Engaging in ad-hoc projects and collaborating with accountants and estate planners.
  • Addressing client inquiries and requests.

Candidate Profile:
We are in search of organized, energetic, and team-oriented individuals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a robust work ethic, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. They must demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest level of client service, professionalism, and confidentiality. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated interest in the Wealth Management/Investment (RIA) sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Interest in pursuing advanced degrees or professional certifications (CFA, CFP, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with applications like Addepar or RedBlack is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • High energy and self-motivated, thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
