Investor Relations Sr. Associate Responsibilities:

  • Respond to investor communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Responsible for completing DDQs/RFPs and client requests, including writing and editing content, working with cross-functional teams to obtain the necessary information, and ensuring that the final product is accurate and delivered on time
  • Maintain familiarity of investor preferences, commitments, and relationships
  • Assist in the preparation and review of marketing decks
  • Aid primary fundraisers in the follow up of investor prospecting
  • Build and maintain accurate investment reporting and investor profiles
  • Update quarterly marketing book
  • Maintain and analyze internal data spreadsheets
  • Develop and execute the firm's capital markets strategy
  • Manage the administrative aspects of on-boarding new capital relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university required
  • Ability to be prompt and punctual in responses and all assigned tasks
  • Focus in real estate, business, finance or other relevant subject matter preferred
  • Familiarity with investor management portals, IMS experience preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience in client services required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced excel skills required
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and administrative skills
