We are in search of a Senior Portfolio Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships through collaborative efforts with the Administrative Officer and support teams. This role involves conducting thorough research and analysis of economic conditions, market dynamics, industry developments, and company performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing risk/reward profiles for designated stocks and executing investment strategies aligned with the objectives of fiduciary accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support client relationship teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, focusing on asset management, investor profiling, and portfolio maintenance.
  • Engage in proactive client communications, conducting regular meetings to review performance, confirm investment objectives, and document any changes.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, presenting investment proposals to prospective clients and representing the company at various events.
  • Conduct investment reviews and assist in administrative evaluations as part of compliance requirements.
  • Actively contribute to the Investment Committee, researching and analyzing relevant economic and market trends.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SEC regulations, and state laws governing fiduciary accounts.
  • Participate in assigned committees and perform additional duties as directed by management.
  • Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, including proper customer identification and record maintenance.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Possession of an active book of business or prospects is essential.

Required Certifications and Skills

  • Series 65 license is required but can be obtained post-employment.
  • Professional designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst or Certified Financial Planner are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Trust and Custodian Accounting Software.
  • Commitment to ongoing technology education to enhance professional knowledge.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with software tools such as Investors View, Advantage, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SCI, and Weblink.
