Summary/Objective:

The Vice President of Leasing and Marketing is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximize occupancy and revenue for our multifamily property portfolio. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in leasing, marketing, and real estate management. The VP will oversee the leasing teams, drive brand initiatives, and leverage market data to implement strategies that enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the leasing and marketing teams, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Manage the leasing and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Evaluate the ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and property communications.
  • Oversee leasing processes to ensure efficiency and excellence in customer service.
  • Implement strategies to improve tenant acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand demand, tenant demographics, and competitive positioning.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Leverage technology and data analytics tools to enhance leasing and marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and real estate professionals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on leasing and marketing performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in leasing and marketing within the multifamily real estate sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Valid PA Real Estate License
  • Driver's License & the ability to commute to various apartment sites.
  • Must be available for work on weekends, nights and on-call.
