About Us: Pro Athletes Direct, a division of NRZ Entertainment, partners with professional sports teams to create memorable and exclusive experiences for fans. We organize and execute a variety of events including kids clinics, autograph signings, and player meet & greets paired with game tickets. Our mission is to bring fans closer to their favorite athletes through unique and engaging experiences.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of all our events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all events including kids clinics, autograph signings, and player meet & greets.
  • Work closely with professional athletes, sports teams, venues, and vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop event timelines, coordinate logistics, and manage on-site event setup and teardown.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and maximize ticket sales.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, athletes, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of event planning and post-event reports for analysis and improvement.
  • Position will entail weekly travel.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Passion for sports and creating memorable fan experiences.
