Job DescriptionJob Description

New England Air Systems is looking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator to work in our Williston Office location. This role is responsible for assisting the project management team with administrative task focusing on document control for plans, equipment, permits and more.

A successful project coordinator will have excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. You enjoy working with customers and support project managers to see a job from start to completion.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with project managers and other project leads following project execution.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers and team to maximize productivity.
  • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing the project.
  • Acts as the liaison between the company, clients, and other organizations.
  • Completes project closeout documentation.
  • Attend Project start up meetings and monthly project management meetings.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • You enjoy working as a team player and can be flexible.
  • You have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to multitask through many different tasks throughout the day.
  • You have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are proficient with computers and various software applications related to project management.
  • You have thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn about, the project or product being developed.
  • You have the drive to learn about the Plumbing / HVAC industry.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
