Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and web, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Deliver immediate support to address customer needs, including quotations, technical inquiries, literature requests, and proposals.
  • Manage backorders and customer requirements to optimize fill rates and exceed expectations.
  • Provide technical insights and design solutions tailored to customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to develop project solutions.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with manufacturing partners.
  • Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
