Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.
- Distribute the Pre-Job Checklist, Leader Observation, and Near Miss metrics to the Service Manager.
- Monitor and follow up on any open Connected Chiller Setup and inform the Team Lead or Service Manager.
- Conduct Toolbox Safety Training to ensure 100% safety compliance.
- Manage inventory in accordance with the Physical Inventory Management Policy and HVAC Service.
- Perform Universal Waste Reviews and Warehouse Inspections.
- Review individual goals and progress in Workday.
- Handle inventory transactions.
- Participate in the Building Solution North America All Hands Quarterly Meeting and Local Townhall Meeting.
- Coordinate with CRC to schedule van inspections.
- Support parts ordering and PO creation.
- Manage inventory and material effectively.
- Update the Special Handling field with the date parts were ordered.
Qualifications:
An Associate's degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with experience in managing or supporting operations teams. The ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to achieve business goals is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Compensation:
The hiring hourly range is $22-26, determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
