We are currently in search of a Construction Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This is a full-time seasonal role, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy your winters while still receiving year-round benefits. We also offer an internship option for those looking to gain valuable experience.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in the management of awarded project contracts.
  • Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and proposals to ensure project alignment.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to meet safety, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
  • Monitoring daily production and adjusting work schedules based on evaluations.
  • Supporting project crews to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 0-3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Internship or cooperative education experience, along with familiarity with HCSS software, is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including potential overtime and weekends.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
