The Project Engineer role is a seasonal full-time position that allows for flexibility during the winter months, providing opportunities for personal pursuits while maintaining year-round benefits. An internship option is also available.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of awarded project contracts while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Analyze project documentation including blueprints, specifications, and proposals.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
  • Monitor daily production and adjust work schedules based on evaluations.
  • Support project crews as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of relevant industry experience is preferred. Candidates with internship or co-op experience, as well as familiarity with HCSS, will be given preference. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends, is essential. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
