Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and achieve financial objectives, ensuring profitability targets are met or exceeded.
  • Implement the Front End Alignment process to assess and align project scope, resources, and compensation before proposal issuance.
  • Engage in proposal development and participate in client interviews.
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and creating repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintain monthly NOR variance below 5%.
  • Establish and uphold a comprehensive work plan to achieve project objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure team accountability for project tasks and milestones.
  • Guide clients through decision-making and design processes, securing their buy-in.
  • Produce high-quality documentation with a Quality Assurance rating of 4, keeping change order percentages at 2% or lower.
  • Adhere to JLG protocols to ensure all documents meet industry standards, codes, and technical requirements.
  • Guarantee that all documentation is well-coordinated and aligns with project goals and outcomes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, or an Associate degree in Business or Project Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business, architecture, or project management.
  • Proven experience in leading or planning projects with budgets exceeding $200,000 or construction costs over $5 million.
  • Strong focus on adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Ability to build, guide, and develop project teams towards successful outcomes for clients and the organization.
  • Excellent verbal, graphic, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the architectural project delivery process from proposal to completion, or relevant experience in multiple fields demonstrating the ability to apply project management principles across various project types.
