INTRODUCTION TO ROLE


The Hotel Operations Supervisor oversees hotel operations to ensure the smooth running of the establishment. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supervising the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, overseeing room allocations, allocating tasks, managing shifts, and resolving issues. This role collaborates closely with the hotel General Manager to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Operations Supervisor reports to the General Manager.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous hotel operations experience and focus on exceptional guest service.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee frequently stands, walks, and reaches with hands and arms. The employee occasionally requires the ability to lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds. Travel not to exceed 10% if needed.

The hospitality environment is fast-paced, and at times, you may be required to cover or assist with tasks/job functions outside of the job you were hired for. We require each of our team members to have an All-Hands-On-Deck mindset. This means you may be tasked with other functions and are expected to complete those tasks with the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as you would with your normal job duties.
