Signature Homes is currently looking for a Warranty Coordinator in our Birmingham, AL market. The right candidate will have demonstrated success in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Receive and process all warranty requests submitted by homeowners

-Create and manage work orders for warranty repairs, ensuring timely resolution

-Process purchase orders for the department

-Coordinate assessment appointments between Warranty Representatives and homeowners

-Reconcile bills and invoices related to warranty repairs and departmental expenses

-Compile and generate warranty reports for departmental meetings and review

Skills/ Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or GED

-2+ years experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warranty or customer service environment

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with homeowners and internal teams

-Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

-Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in processing requests and maintaining records

-General bookkeeping experience preferred

-Proficient computer skills with Microsoft excel, word, and outlook
