Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive sales documentation for sold vehicles, including Bill of Sale and Warranty Exclusion documents.
  • Organize and file all vehicle purchase documentation for digital archiving.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain communication with customers, sales teams, and third-party partners regarding vehicle titling.
  • Complete OEM chassis warranty documentation accurately.
  • Process supplier invoices on a daily basis.
  • Conduct daily audits of title records and documentation inventory.
  • Monitor and manage customer payment statuses.
  • Address complex state titling and tax requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three years of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred and may substitute for experience.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
  • Prior title or registration experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with the electrical utility industry is a plus.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
