Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Compliance Program Development:

    • Establish policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks and promote ethical behavior.
  2. Regulatory Oversight and Monitoring:

    • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that affect the organization's operations.
    • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to evaluate effectiveness of compliance initiatives.
  3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

    • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk through ongoing risk assessments.
