A Day in the Life as a Service & Sales Support Specialist

As a Service & Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for customer relations and support of the sales, parts, and service functions, including customer communications, sales staff support, parts and product order completion, and lead management. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Promptly follow-up with customers during and after sale to ensure customer is satisfied and product is performing properly
  • Assist customers in-person or via phone with parts order/shipment inquiries
  • Vended Laundry & OPL Sales file and quote management
  • Coordinate OPL & Vended Laundry shipments and installations including installer coordination
  • Manage leads and inside sales through established system and protocol for follow-up
  • Coordinate with in-house and independent authorized/approved installers
  • Identify potential buyers for new OPL equipment
  • Assist with service calls and parts replacement of machines in the field and in the warehouse
  • Prepare equipment for installations and help with installations of equipment


What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years in a sales or customer service related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project/time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently on projects
  • Detail-oriented
